TEDxAmsterdamWomen has on the 28th of September launched the first podcast ‘Women with Impact’.

TEDxAmsterdamWomen believes in the power of inspiring ideas to change the world and has launched the ‘Women with Impact’ podcast on Spotify. The podcast shares personal stories and practical tips, aiming to inspire and transform women around the world.

TEDxAmsterdamWomen gives the stage at Talent Night on Friday and at the main event in December, to people to present their inspiring idea in the form of a TED talk. With this podcast we want to create more depth, share more ideas and to inspire more people to take action.

  • In the ‘Women with Impact’ podcast, Damla Kartal interviews a female guest every month. These game changers share their story, vision and points of view within their field of expertise. Each episode has a theme such as diversity, financial independence, entrepreneurship, feminism.
  • The ‘Growth Hacks’ podcast will follow in October, in which an expert shares practical tips and tricks to help women in their personal development. In each episode a different expert shares their knowledge and focuses on a specific theme, for example: successful presentation, creating online brand awareness and building a strong network. Listeners can submit their questions via Social Media and they will be answered by the expert during the next episode.

Diana Hommes, creator of the TEDxAmsterdamWomen Podcast: “We want women to shape their own future and provide them with skills that will take them to the next level. The ‘Women with Impact’ arose from this aspiration. In this way, we hope to make a positive contribution to the personal growth of women through inspiring role models, concrete tools and tips to get started yourself.”
